Joe Dorrian

CEO & President

Joe graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy in 1993, served as a Surface Warfare Officer, and later joined GE Aircraft Engines, where he led supply chain operations in Asia.

In 2004, he joined Thermo Fisher Scientific, driving growth in China’s life sciences market. He later helped U.S. companies import diagnostic equipment to China. 

Since 2016, Joe has been the co-owner and CEO of Instrument Technology, Inc. (ITI), focusing on growth and customer relationships.

Instrument Technology, Inc. (ITI) is a privately owned U.S. manufacturer based in a 24,000-square-foot facility in Westfield, Massachusetts. As a vertically integrated operation, ITI handles design, prototyping, machining, assembly, quality control, and testing services all in one location, allowing us to respond quickly to customer needs.
