What You’ll Do:


As a Precision Assembler, you'll play a critical role in crafting medical components that meet rigorous standards of quality and performance. Your responsibilities will include:

  • On-the-Job Training: Learn about the various products we assemble, gaining hands-on experience with tools, techniques, and processes.
  • Building Excellence: Assemble components and devices according to approved specifications and ISO13485 procedures.
  • Ensuring Quality: Conduct Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and collaborate with the Quality Department to guarantee each product meets the highest standards before final inspection.
  • Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and repair returned items, working closely with Engineering and Manufacturing to drive continuous product improvement.
  • Contributing to Innovation: Identify workflow improvements and support special projects that enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (technical degree in manufacturing preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in precision assembly, preferably in medical device or high-precision manufacturing.
  • Expertise in soldering under a microscope and working with measurement/testing equipment (mechanical and electronic).
  • Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings and work instructions.
  • Strong manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and attention to detail.
  • Experience in laser box-welding is a plus!

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods.
  • Capable of bending, reaching, and lifting to 50 pounds.
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed to meet production deadlines.
